Going on a simple diet with the help of your doctor can help you figure out which foods you should have more of, less of or not at all.
  • Be aware of your habits and level of self control. Are there certain foods you eat too much of? Bread? Pasta? Rice? Or maybe you are not getting enough fruits or vegetables. If that’s the case, you may slowly work to cut down on or completely cut out the foods you overeat and find ways to have more of the good stuff that you may not be getting enough of. This will make it so much easier for you to manage your weight and your health.
